Building Your Inner Nectar
Drop by Drop.
Whether mental health or metabolic conditions, chronic illness or chronic depression, another way is possible to rekindle our inner medicine, our inner nectar (called Ojas or Soma in Ayurveda) drop by drop.
Ayurveda, a 5000 year old medicine system from South Asian, has an integrative approach through the elements to compassionately tend to the body, mind, and spirit as whole unified system.
With Ayurveda at the root, Elemental Joy offers a wellspring of customized care with each person’s unique innate elemental constitution as the guide (Dosha in sanskrit) , while cleansing over-accumulated elements (Shodhana), replenishing depleted elements (Rasayana), and restoring your inner nectar (Ojas / Soma) with a combination of:

Ayurvedic Somatics, Breathwork + Yogic Medicine
This is Elemental Joy’s foundation for healing at the intersection of your mental-emotional, energetic and physical anatomy, through embodiment practices of this 5000 year old traditional medicine. Tending to and balancing the nervous system, while dislodging emotions from specific organs, organ systems, channels (nadis), and energy centers(chakras / marma / acupressure points) through a combination of customized gentle physical practices, yoga asana, and breathwork/prananyama specific to your Ayurrvedic bio-constituition/dosha, you’ll be held in a compassionate container to release stuck emotions, replenish your nervous system, and begin unlocking pathways to your inner medicine, and genuine elemental joy.
Ayurvedic Medicine
The list we humans deal with in heart, mind and body may be long, but are interconnected. Combining time tested daily and nightly self-nourishing rituals + food as medicine + herbal and floral supports for your specific constitution/ dosha and acute to chronic conditions (from mental health, to gut health, fibromyalgia, IBS, mental health, fibroids, cysts, endometritis, heart disease, eczema, thyroidism, loss of intimacy or libido, trauma recovery, that “thing” you can’t name but doesn’t feel right…). Ayurveda’s integrative natural supports ease the burdens on the body and mind, and potentially reverse conditions back to health.
Energy + Mantra Healing + Ritual Creation
Modern science has caught up to our ancestors - we are more than our physical bodies, our core nature is waves of energy. We are vibration. Healing of the body and emotions is directly linked to unblocking stagnant energy/receiving/qi/lifeforce. From receiving reiki or pranic healing and mantra healing, to delving into karmic imprints, or creating daily or ancestral healing rituals, lets get you energetically aligned and nourished to support your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being.
Ayurvedic Bodywork
Snehana means both NUTURING LOVE and OILATION (to Oil Up!) and both are core to Ayurvedic Body Work! Pop-Up Clinics offer the range of heart-nourishing Ayurvedic Bodywork such as Abhayanga, Marma Chikitsa, Potli, Kati Basti, Hryddya Basti, Shirodhara, and Panch Karma process. Using warm herbal oils on the channels and ayurvedic acupressure points/ micro-chakras (marmas) on the full body or specific regions, this range of both gently cleansing (shodana) and rejuvenating (rasayana) modalities, cleanses stagnant and over-accumulated elements (dohsas) and nourishes depleted ones in the body, mind, spirit, and heart.
